An updated version of Apple's operating system for smartphones and tablets is now available. This fixes a number of small issues.

Among the more notable changes in iOS 6.0.1 is the removal of the horizontal lines that sometimes appear on the iPhone's keyboard. This update is being pushed out to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch now -- users can simply wait to be notified that it's ready to be installed. Those who don't want to wait can simply look it up manually.
